We’re into our fifth year of using the Numero maths game to develop numeracy concepts and problem-solving skills in an engaging way.
On Wednesday 27 May, Fremantle Primary welcomed Julie Richards to work with our Year 4–6 students as they developed their Numero skills. Numero is an engaging card game that strengthens mental maths skills while developing students’ fluency, problem solving and mathematical reasoning.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on sessions and the opportunity to challenge themselves through strategic thinking and teamwork.
A sincere thank you to the P&C for their ongoing support of Numero at Fremantle Primary and for funding this valuable learning experience for our Year 4–6 students.
